Former in-house or operator experience
You’ve sat on the business side and understand what it means to be a true partner, not just an outside advisor.
Startup or venture fluency
You’re comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and stakes of high-growth companies — from seed to exit.
Practical, plain-language communicator
You translate complex legal concepts into clear, actionable guidance that clients can actually use.
M&A, financing, or commercial depth
Strong transactional background in one or more of our core practice areas — ideally with deal experience at a firm or in-house.
